Everything You Need to Know

Q1: What does this package include? Do I really not need to handle anything myself?

Yes. We provide a fully managed website service. You only need to provide your logo, company information, content, and relevant links. We will handle the website design, development, launch, hosting, and maintenance.

Q2: Does this package include the domain name fee?

Yes, the domain name fee is included in the package. If the client already owns a domain name, it can also be used. Any domain name provided by the client remains the property of the client. Any domain name provided by the platform will be owned and held by the platform.

Q3: How do I make payment? Can payment be made online?

At the moment, we support online bank transfer via FPX or direct transfer to our company bank account. Electronic payment and automatic recurring payment options may be introduced at a later stage.

Q4: How will I know when it is time to renew? Will I be reminded?

Yes. We will remind you through our customer service team or your official agent within 10 days before each renewal due date. Renewal instructions will also be provided.

Q5: By which date should the monthly payment be made?

We recommend that payment be made before the 5th of each month to ensure uninterrupted service. A billing notice and payment instructions will be provided.

Q6: If I wish to cancel the service, how much notice do I need to give?

You only need to inform our customer service team or your official agent at least 15 days in advance. We will assist with the necessary backup, website takedown, and related procedures. If you wish to restore the service in the future, we can also assist accordingly.

Q7: Can I restore my website after pausing the service? Will my website data still be available?

Yes. We can retain your website data for up to 12 months. If you decide to restore the service within this period, you will need to pay the three-month reactivation fee and continue with the monthly renewal thereafter. Please note, however, that the domain name may be cancelled earlier, and a new domain name may need to be registered again.

Q8: Is the business email free forever? Can I create more than one email account?

The package includes one business email account, such as hello@yourbrand.com, for free use. If you require a second email account or additional email accounts, we can assist with the application for Google Workspace, subject to additional charges.

Q9: If I need to update the content or add new features, who should I contact?

Please contact our company customer service team or your official agent. They will arrange the necessary technical support and provide a quotation where applicable. In addition, we provide one free content update service once every three months.

Q10: Will my monthly fee increase after adding new features?

No. Feature development is charged as a one-time fee. After the website is updated or launched with the new feature, your monthly fee will remain at the original standard rate and will not be increased.

Q11: Will my website include SEO? Will it rank on the first page of Google?

We will set up the basic SEO structure for your website, including page titles, descriptions, and site structure optimization. However, this does not include keyword ranking optimization or advertising campaigns. If you require advanced SEO services or advertising services, we can provide a separate quotation.

Q12: How much do I need to pay for the first payment?

The initial payment is: RM297, equivalent to three months of monthly fees. Once the first payment is made, the website development process will begin. The website will be launched within 7 to 14 working days.

Q13: Can I manage the website backend myself?

No. To ensure system security and stability, the website will be fully managed by us.

Q14: Does this mean the website cannot be changed after it is completed?

No. The website system is designed for long-term updates, expansion, and upgrades. If you have new services, photos, collaborations, or feature requirements in the future, they can be added based on a project quotation.

Q15: Can I ask someone else to design the website and have your team maintain it?

At the moment, we only provide a complete solution where the website is both built and maintained by our team.

Q16: What system do you use to build the website? Is it template-based?

We use an internationally recognized website-building system that is trusted by millions of brands worldwide. The website structure is developed by our professional team and then customized according to your brand identity. This allows for fast website launch, professional presentation, flexible structure, and future scalability.
